Where do I get training?

Training is the most important first step in powered paragliding.  There are many good schools for PPG training.  Let’s consider them all and decide which is right for you and your situation.  I will describe my experience and maybe it will help as you consider the same questions and concerns as I did before selecting a training option.  We will also hear from other pilots and if they would recommend the schools where they trained.

Which equipment should I buy?

Equipment is the most expensive part of this sport.  I am sure if you are able to pay a lot of money for equipment, then you would just buy a plane and rent a hanger to store it.  But you are here looking at a less expensive option that you can store in your garage next to your lawn mower.  The question is how are you going to decide which equipment to buy.

As a young boy I dreamed of flying.  I would look at aircraft and think about going up into the clouds, flying over the ground like a bird.  I would dream of running into the sky.  What would it be like to swoop over the ground? Today I am able to realize that dream.  I have flown 170 flights and counting since May 2020.  Please consider joining me as we embark on this amazing Paramotor Adventure.
